A Personal Trainer is trained in teaching others how to train and move.

If you don’t know which exercises are most effective for the athletic goals you have you are unlikely to achieve those goals. For example; if your goal is to build strength, but you spend all your time doing cardio exercise, you will not achieve your goal!

Explanation and correction when performing exercises is essential to reduce the risk of injury. Many people are seriously injured every year from performing exercises for which they have not received any explanation or training. A Personal Trainer will significantly reduce the risk level and greatly increase the effectiveness of your fitness routine.


A personal trainer is also there to keep you motivated to keep pushing forward.

Certainly if you have never trained, you will achieve maximum results if you work with a trainer 2-3 times a week. This can also be a combination of sessions at home and in our studio. We will advise you on the exercises you can do at home. This is not a necessity although you will see less progress with less training.

Comfortable sportswear and sports shoes that are not worn outside. Coffee, tea and water are provided. In addition, during your time in the studio, we provide you with a towel to use during training and another one for showering.

Fill in the free trial form. Based on the data, a trainer selected by us will contact you to make an appointment with you for a trial lesson. If you are satisfied with the trainer and the training, you can make further appointments and purchase a number of training sessions. Unsatisfied? Then we will look further for another suitable trainer. If you have questions or something you would like to discuss you can always call us.

In principle, we are open 24/7, depending on the availability of the trainer and the occupation of the studio.

This is certainly possible, but depends on the occupation of the studio.

We have well-equipped changing rooms with 2 separate shower cubicles with soap dispensers and hairdryers. Towels are provided free of charge to the customers.

Our trainers have top sports backgrounds in the field of football, athletics, (kick) boxing and gymnastics. Our trainers have completed various training courses including physical education, physiotherapy and Cios. In addition, various courses include intermittent fasting, sports massage, nutrition and personal training. The ages of the trainers are from 25 to 62 years old.
