I’ve dedicated my whole life to high-level sports. I started playing tennis at the age of 5, but my true passion is fighting. Kickboxing is a way of life for me and it makes me happy to share this with everyone. I would like to help you see how important sport is for your physical but also mental well-being. Exercise makes you fit, happy, and strong! See you on my mat soon!
From my experience, I recognize the difficulties in achieving goals and I strive for a healthy balance between enjoyment and exercise. I will motivate and guide you to deal carefully and consistently with training and nutrition plans. By offering a variety in strength and cardio, I will teach you the basic posture and techniques from my expertise in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Combat Strength and Conditioning Training.
I’ve been a fitness trainer for over 15 years! As a child, I had a talent for swimming and Thai boxing. I was eager to learn and wanted to know more about the functioning of the body combined with sports. It wasn’t until later that I also learned about the mental effects of sports. As your personal trainer, my goal is to learn about your body and mind and challenge you in the field of sports. All this along with a lot of fun and a big smile.
My father was a gym owner, which meant that I had a lot to do with the fitness world from an early age. I also grew up in a spiritual environment. My mother introduced me to Meditation and Buddhist teachings. Daily exercise and meditation became a way of life for me. I went on to study physiotherapy. This gave me knowledge of the musculoskeletal system important for injury prevention. I’ve been working as a Physiotherapist and personal trainer for over 7 years!
I believe you don’t have to go to full power in every training session but the strength lies in continuity. When I graduated from the CIOS as a sport teacher in 98’ I immediately started working with Rob (the founder of Personal Training Zuid). My aim is to help you get more out of yourself with a safe, varied and challenging training program. When I’m free I like to play football and spend a lot of time with my family.
Insist, persist, resist and never give up! I am originally from Italy and lived in Costa Rica for 20 years where I had my own gym. In addition to being a personal trainer, I am specialized in acupressure and relaxation massages. I have extensive international experience and am strategic and careful in my training. I speak Spanish and Italian as well.

As certified personal trainer in sports and nutrition I dedicate my time and energy to help people get stronger, fitter, and more confident. Next to this, I continue to participate in natural bodybuilding competitions.
